Prothya Biosolutions in Belgium is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to ensure safe, efficient, and well‑maintained operations in a GMP environment. You will coordinate maintenance, manage contractors, oversee facility services, and uphold high standards of safety and compliance.

The role emphasizes hands‑on coordination, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement, with a focus on documenting procedures and ensuring cleanroom readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating facilities in GMP/cleanroom environments.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Experience managing external contractors and service providers.
• Proactive, safety-focused with continuous improvement mindset.
• Professional English, Dutch and French language skills.
• Bachelor's/Master degree or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of buildings, parking, cafeteria, and green spaces.
• Ensure site security and facility services follow daily routines.
• Manage external contractors and procurement of materials.
• Document procedures, permits, and records in SAP.
• Support shutdowns and coordinate project activities.
• Draft and improve GMP-related procedures and SOPs.
• Conduct regular Gemba walks to identify improvements.
