Prothya Biosolutions Belgium is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to plan and coordinate facility works and services in a GMP environment. You will manage buildings, security, and maintenance, ensuring documentation is complete in SAP and that contractors are properly supervised.

The role requires coordination of shutdown activities, strong communication, and fluency in English, Dutch and French. A bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent via experience) is preferred, with 5–8 years in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
• First experience in a clean room environment is required.
• 5-8 years of coordinating experience in a technical environment.
• Proficient in English, Dutch and French.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate facility works and services in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage buildings, parking, cafeteria and green environment.
• Ensure daily follow-up of site security and facility services.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and pest control; oversee contractor work.
• Create, review and file permits; maintain documentation in SAP.
• Follow up on installations and shutdown activities.
• Coordinate maintenance contracts and request quotes (cleaning, cafeteria, waste, reception).
• Maintain stock of office supplies and handle key management.
