Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Head of Delivery, AI & Automation to lead client delivery across intercultural squads of service delivery managers, project managers, engineers and specialists. You will ensure programs land on time and on budget, own the delivery P&L, capacity planning, hiring and operating models.

You will coach squad leads, connect client insight to product and sales, and report to the Head of Technology to drive end-to-end outcomes.

Competenze

• 8+ years in client-facing delivery (3+ leading teams), commercial instinct and hands-on use of agentic AI.

Youll run our client delivery leading several intercultural squads of project and programme managers engineers and specialists Together they deliver real savings on our clients P and L on the timelines and budgets we commit to Youll make sure every squad delivers jump in when a programme wobbles and build the team and ways of working that let us grow without slowing down

Youll report directly to our Head of Technology a Matterway cofounder who also leads product and own delivery end to end outcomes capacity team shape hiring and how we work
