Neurho is looking for an Agentic Transformation Lead to introduce agentic engineering into a software team building a platform for releasing goods. The team must replace software being phased out in 2027 while continuing to deliver and adopt a new way of working.

You will establish a delivery baseline, shape and lead the introduction of agentic engineering during delivery, and report after each sprint on progress, quality, and costs against value.

Your role

• Shape and lead the introduction of agentic engineering during ongoing delivery.
• Report after each sprint on progress, quality, adoption, and costs against value to support steering decisions.
• Guide developers, the product owner, analyst, tester and leadership through the change.
• After two months, recommend how the approach could be extended to other teams.

You have

• Expert-level agentic engineering, used in the past year.
• Advanced Agile skills, used in the past year.
• Advanced Azure DevOps skills, used in the past year.
• Expert-level coaching, practised in the past year.
• Expert-level digital transformation skills, used in the past year.
• Advanced GitHub Copilot skills, used in the past year.
• Expert-level reporting to a steering committee or executive management, practised in the past year.
• Dutch at C2 level.
• English at C1 level.

A plus

• At least two assignments guiding software teams towards AI-assisted or agentic development during ongoing delivery.
• Experience measuring team results against a baseline.
• At least five years of experience as a software architect or in a comparable technical leadership role.
• Experience in the port, maritime or logistics sector.
• Practical experience with GitHub Copilot or comparable agentic engineering tools.
• Experience training complete teams across all roles.
