Job summary

Degroof Petercam seeks a Transfer Pricing Specialist within the Group Tax department to support TP strategy and documentation across the group. You will review policies, prepare analyses, and coordinate with local teams and external advisors.

You will assist in Master File and Local File preparation, advise on TP implications of business decisions, and participate in cross-border tax projects. Fluent in French and English, you will thrive in a global team.

Qualifications

• Master level education in economics or related field is required.
• Internship or first job in finance or tax is an asset.
• Fluency in French and English; other EU languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review TP policy by preparing financial/economic analyses and reviewing intragroup agreements.
• Coordinate with local finance teams and external tax advisors on TP matters.
• Prepare Master File and Local Files documentation for group entities.
• Advise on TP impacts of operational decisions and new intercompany transactions.
• Engage in post-acquisition TP issues and integration projects.
• Monitor OECD developments and ensure multi-jurisdictional TP compliance.
