Everience Benelux in Brussels is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the entire recruitment cycle. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job boards and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for IT roles, and possesses excellent communication skills in English and French. Familiarity with ATS tools like SmartRecruiters is a plus.

Job Description

• Managing the full recruitment cycle — from job posting to offer stage
• Responsible for internal and external hires
• Monitoring and ensuring the efficiency of the overall internal recruitment process
• Sourcing and engaging candidates via job boards and LinkedIn
• Screening applications and conducting initial interviews
• Ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Maintaining accurate data in our ATS (SmartRecruiters, BoondManager)
• Collaborating with our European Talent Acquisition network to share best practices

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
• Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills in English & French. Dutch is a plus
• Hands‑on, proactive, and detail‑oriented mindset
• Ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced, international environment
• Familiarity with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters experience is a plus)
