Lever, Inc. partners with a technology-focused business seeking a Legal Counsel based in Belgium.

You will provide hands-on support across corporate, commercial, and intellectual property matters, advising on cross-border activities with the US, UK, EU, and other jurisdictions. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, engage external counsel when needed, and help establish practical legal processes to support rapid growth while balancing business priorities.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in international corporate/commercial law.
• Experience handling cross-border matters (US/UK/EU).
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
