itsme is expanding with a legally-led, business-minded role focused on commercial contracting, privacy, and governance. You will help shape strategic initiatives, draft and negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance across products and partnerships.

Fluent English and native Dutch are required, with a Master’s in Law and 5–8 years’ experience in law firms or in-house roles within tech-enabled environments. Brussels area, hybrid work offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law; 5-8 years of relevant experience in a technology-driven or fast-growing environment.
• Solid experience in commercial contracting and grounding in data protection, IP, disputes, corporate governance or insurance.
• Full professional proficiency in English and native-level Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate client, supplier, partnership and technology agreements.
• Advise on GDPR, privacy and broader legal questions for products and initiatives.
• Coordinate disputes and external counsel; support IP strategy and governance.
• Contribute to corporate governance, entity management and corporate insurance matters.
• Share knowledge and help scale legal processes across the organization.
