The candidate will own the global talent processes, drive automation improvements, and facilitate change management while ensuring a data-driven approach to performance. Ideal applicants will have experience in HR transformation and strong stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in HR transformation and system implementation projects.
• Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central.
