Umicore is seeking a Global Talent System & Process Manager to design, govern, and continuously improve talent processes and HR systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors, across the enterprise. The role ensures globally consistent, digitally enabled, employee-centric processes while bridging business needs with HRIS capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS as part of global Talent processes.
• Proven track record in HR transformation and system implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder and change management skills with data-driven mindset.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Experience in international, globally governed HR processes.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end design and governance of global Talent processes and HR systems.
• Lead the yearly Performance campaign from a system perspective and ensure harmonization.
• Define architecture and translate business needs into system solutions; manage roadmap.
• Interface between CoE, P&O Operations and IT; manage backlog and priorities.
• Drive automation, AI, and workflow improvements; ensure GDPR compliance.
• Define KPIs; monitor system and process performance; drive data-based improvements.
