Lansweeper, the AI-native asset intelligence platform, is seeking a Talent Partner to own and scale recruitment globally from our Ghent hub. You will drive proactive workforce planning, oversee end-to-end hiring across GTM, Engineering and G&A, and build evergreen pipelines to support rapid growth.

In this role you’ll partner with HRBPs and leadership, use data to improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire, and champion AI-enabled sourcing while aligning with local market realities across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven hiring experience for GTM or Engineering roles in SaaS.
• Ability to build and convert passive pipelines at scale.
• Fluent English and ability to work hybrid from Ghent.
• Knowledge of global hiring practices and compensation benchmarking.
• Data-driven approach to time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.

Responsabilités

• Plan workforce ahead of demand with leadership and HRBP.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM, Engineering, and G&A roles.
• Build evergreen talent pipelines and proactive sourcing.
• Improve time-to-hire and candidate experience using data.
• Recruit across multiple locations with local market insight.
