Lansweeper is an AI-native company hiring a Talent Partner to own and scale recruitment across teams globally. Based in Belgium, with a hybrid Ghent office schedule (3 days in office), you’ll turn recruitment from reactive to strategic, partnering with HR Business Partners and leadership to anticipate growth and land A-players.

You’ll lead end-to-end recruiting for GTM, Engineering, and G&A, build evergreen pipelines, and optimize time-to-hire using data.

Qualifications

• Proven hiring experience for GTM or Engineering roles in SaaS environments.
• Deep knowledge of outbound sourcing and building pipelines at scale.
• Fluency in English and strong collaboration with leadership.
• Experience with ATS/CRM to manage pipelines and metrics.
• Understanding of global hiring practices and compensation benchmarking.

Responsabilités

• Proactive workforce planning with stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM, Eng, and G&A roles.
• Build and maintain evergreen pipelines for critical roles.
• Lead outbound sourcing and candidate relationship building.
• Recruit across multiple locations with local market insight.
• Drive data-driven improvements to time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
