Job summary

Expeditors, a Fortune 500 global logistics leader, seeks a Security Manager to oversee district security operations, incident response, and compliance. You will coordinate corrective actions, lead investigations, and support safety and business continuity initiatives across the district.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in security/risk management within logistics, fluent Dutch and English, and a proactive, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics, security, compliance or related field.
• 3+ years of operational experience, preferably at Expeditors or international logistics.
• Experience with security, compliance, risk management, incident management or operational standards.
• Knowledge of AEO, CTPAT or other WCO security programs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate security systems and incident reporting.
• Coordinate timely completion of security corrective actions and preventive actions.
• Lead security incident investigations with Regional/CHQ Security.
• Support safety, training and business continuity planning.
• Assist in security onboarding and risk reviews for service providers.
• Communicate security initiatives to district management and sales.
