La Lorraine Bakery Group is seeking a Digital Change Project Manager to drive digital transformation across European Frozen Bakery plants. You translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions and own end-to-end delivery from idea to adoption.

You’ll collaborate with Operations and IT & Data, manage multi-site projects, and train site teams to achieve sustainable value in waste, quality and efficiency. European travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end across multiple sites or international contexts.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel 15–20% across European sites.

Responsabilités

• Engage with local sites to understand business needs and define problems.
• Prioritize requirements with Operational Excellence to align roadmaps and improvement agenda.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and collaborate with IT & Data to shape solutions.
• Own end-to-end project scope, planning, stakeholders, risks and budget from validation to handover.
• Coordinate improvements across processes, master data, ways of working and roles; design for scale.
• Define baseline and track benefits post go-live; feed lessons learned into the roadmap.
