Johnson & Johnson Beerse, Belgium, seeks an experienced Manager, SAP Finance Technology & Solutions to lead BEACON SAP Finance initiatives across global finance teams. You will drive solution design, integration, and continuous improvement, translating business needs into scalable financial systems.

This role requires strong SAP FI/CO knowledge, global project leadership, and SOX controls experience. English fluency and 10–20% travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred (CS/CE/IS/Business; MBA preferred).
• Experience: 8+ years of SAP Finance implementations, solution architecture, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of financial process integrations, global localizations, tax requirements, and SOX compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead analysis, research, solution design, and development across SAP ecosystem.
• Translate business challenges into scalable tech solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Design and deliver new solutions and enhancements per business needs.
• Provide functional and technical leadership to development teams.
• Guide teams in implementing solutions aligned with standards.
• Ensure SDLC and Agile adherence, architecture standards, and quality.
