Headit is seeking a Sales Support Administrator in the Antwerp area to join an international company with Belgian roots. You will act as the first contact for customers, manage orders from intake to cash, and coordinate shipments with logistics and sales teams across multiple countries.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and MS Office proficiency, with a focus on building lasting stakeholder relationships and ensuring accurate documentation and delivery follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent early experience in B2B customer service, logistics or supply chain.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for customers in assigned regions.
• Inform customers about import regulations, shipping terms, and customs docs.
• Coordinate order-to-cash process with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Organise export shipments: book shipments, manage transport and customs docs, invoicing and follow-up.
• Monitor order parameters and stock levels; optimise loading plans.
