Headit is seeking a Sales Support Administrator for an international company based in the Aartselaar area in Antwerp. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate orders, and manage export shipments while collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, stock monitoring and efficient loading plans, with a focus on a logistics environment and multilingual communication. The position includes flexible hours and home-working options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in B2B customer service, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to build relationships across countries.
• Strong administrative skills and good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Interest in working in a logistics environment.
• Fluent in French with good level of English and/or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in your assigned regions and inform them about import regulations and shipping terms.
• Coordinate the entire order-to-cash process and work with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure accurate orders.
• Organise export shipments: book and coordinate shipments, manage transport and customs documentation, invoicing and delivery follow-up.
• Monitor order parameters and inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Optimise shipments by configuring the most efficient loading plans.
