Job summary

MSF Belgium is seeking a Recruitment Mobile Implementation Advisor to support recruitment across MSF projects. You will collaborate with project teams and the Brussels Recruitment Unit to gather insights, analyse recruitment practices, and contribute to implementing and optimizing tools and approaches.

Your role strengthens recruitment support by identifying gaps, proposing practical improvements, and ensuring effective use of current resources.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human resources, social sciences or related area is a strong asset.
• Experience in training, coaching and facilitating is a strong asset.
• Diversity, Equality and Inclusion in recruitment or Safe recruitment practices is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assess recruitment practices through project visits and identify operational realities.
• Ensure recruitment activities are timely, transparent, fair, cost-effective, and confidential across countries of operations.
• Analyze challenges with HR Officers and stakeholders to define priorities for improvement.
• Develop adaptable toolkits, guidelines, templates, and training materials to support HR teams.
• Empower HR personnel to implement safe, inclusive recruitment practices and support rollout of tools like KOBO.
• Work with MSF counterparts to co-create guidance and training materials.
• Contribute to the review and update of the Global Recruitment Policy.
