Eurofins is seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Manager to optimize the network's global real estate footprint, reduce occupancy costs, and ensure reliable portfolio reporting. You will work with Business Leaders, Finance, Treasury, Legal and Operations to deliver data-driven, cost-efficient real estate solutions.

The role emphasises strategic project delivery, governance, and continuous improvement, requiring a master’s in a related field and 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in corporate real estate or asset management.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Drive footprint optimisation and cost reduction across the portfolio.
• Coordinate strategic real estate projects (expansions, relocations, consolidations, lease exits).
• Maintain accurate data governance and deliver dashboards and KPIs.
• Monitor lease events, renewals, and contractual commitments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders across Finance, Legal, Treasury and Procurement.
