Etex, a global leader in sustainable construction, invites you to join as Regional Real Estate Coordinator to drive operational excellence across Africa, Asia, Pacifica, Middle East and Europe projects.

You will manage budgets, lead regional networks, ensure governance and ESG criteria, and report to the Head of Real Estate, collaborating with corporate real estate and regional operations. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification or proven experience in real estate.
• Strong project management across industrial real estate projects.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix structure.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to real estate KPIs and align with policies.
• Maintain real estate data with regional team.
• Lead asset optimization and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate regional network and report to Head of Real Estate.
• Support major divestment projects.
• Ensure governance and ethical standards in transactions.
• Organize site reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee all regional real estate activities.
• Interact between corporate real estate and regional operations.
• Manage budgets and forecasts for real estate.
• Coordinate regional real estate operations for strategic alignment.
