Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Beerse site in Belgium seeks a Global Process Owner for Product Quality Reporting. You will lead end-to-end BPDR, FAR, APR, and PQR processes, ensuring governance, data integrity, and global standardization across regulatory reporting and product-quality surveillance.

You will connect signals from multiple quality inputs, drive process improvements, and partner with functions to deliver compliant, inspection-ready outcomes while supporting a robust global

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or engineering field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Experience in quality systems and regulatory environments desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end BPDR/FAR and APR/PQR process architecture and governance.
• Provide global process leadership for BPDR and FAR filings and decision rights.
• Drive integrated product-quality insight across BPDR/FAR, APR/PQR, complaints and CAPA.
• Define and implement a global, standardized process framework and KPIs.
• Lead a global community of practice and drive process capability.
• Ensure inspection readiness and timely remediation of gaps.
