Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-border programmes from initiation to completion.
• Ability to design and enforce governance models with clear planning, roles and escalation.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple workstreams and dispersed teams.

• Own and drive complex, cross-border programmes from initiation through completion.
• Design and enforce a clear programme framework with governance, planning, and escalation protocols.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and dispersed teams to align local constraints with milestones.
• Establish governance bodies and prepare concise materials for senior leaders to enable timely decisions.
• Identify risks early and present feasible mitigation options.
• Engage country teams and sponsors to tailor the programme approach to on-the-ground needs.
• Monitor performance, including benefits realization, budget adherence, risk exposure and schedule progress.
• Promote change-management practices across markets to support adoption.
