Job summary

ictjob.be is seeking a Lead Programme Manager to drive strategic, cross-country initiatives from a European headquarters with regular travel. You will structure governance, manage planning and schedules, lead steering committees, and ensure stakeholder visibility.

You will coordinate country teams, manage risks, track benefits and budgets, and champion change management to implement new structures and ways of working across multiple countries. This role requires strong leadership across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme management for strategic, cross-country initiatives including carve-outs, integrations and post-merger harmonisation
• Define and maintain programme governance frameworks including planning, scheduling, RACI matrices, reporting lines and decision-escalation paths
• Set up and lead steering committees, ensuring senior stakeholders receive clear and timely information for decision making
• Coordinate workstreams and teams across multiple countries, aligning local realities with overall programme objectives and timelines
• Anticipate risks and roadblocks proactively, presenting solutions and options before issues
• Engage actively with country teams, business stakeholders and delivery teams to adapt the programme approach based on their input
• Track and report on programme benefits, budgets, risks and progress, ensuring transparency to executive management
• Champion change management practices to support adoption of new structures, processes and ways of working across countries
