Reynaers Aluminium, a global leader in aluminum façade solutions, is seeking a Project Engineer to design tailor-made technical solutions for diverse projects and translate architectural challenges into safe, high‑performance components.

Based at the Reynaers Campus in Duffel, you will lead technical follow‑up through execution, advise on cost structures, and collaborate with R&D and the Technology Centre, all while traveling about three times per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in the construction sector.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Electromechanics (or motivated Bachelor with right experience).
• Fluent in English in an international environment.
• Willing to travel abroad — around 3 times per year after onboarding.
• Advanced background in AutoCAD/Inventor and structural analysis software.

Responsabilités

• Develop tailor-made technical solutions aligned with project requirements.
• Translate architectural challenges into safe, high‑performance solutions.
• Advise on cost structure, coordinate with internal stakeholders, build professional relationships.
• Take ownership of technical follow‑up during execution after project approval.
• Act as technical contact for the drafter creating specifications and drawings.
• Prepare project articles, production details, and assembly instructions.
• Guide test phases and first-time setups to ensure technical compliance.
• Receive training and support from a team of experienced Project Engineers.
• Collaborate with R&D and Technology Centre on test campaigns (Air‑Wind‑Water tests).
• Work with AutoCAD (2D), Inventor (3D), RSTAB and RFEM.
