Stanley Black & Decker Mechelen, Belgium is seeking a Senior International Pricing Analyst to drive profitable growth through pricing, margins, and data-driven insights across the International region.

You will partner with Sales, Finance and global teams, build models, and expand market-based metrics. The role requires strong Excel and Power BI, fluency in English, and a relevant finance/economics/data analytics degree.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or related discipline.
• Experience in pricing, commercial finance, margin management or business analytics in a leading consumer goods company.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze price/volume/mix, discount and margin performance across the International business.
• Deliver timely reporting, dashboards and insights to pricing governance.
• Partner with Sales, Finance and global teams to evaluate profitability and pricing.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to assess pricing changes.
• Expand data collection of market-based metrics.
• Contribute to price list and price architecture maintenance.
