Bridgestone seeks a Pricing Lead to join the European HQ Consumer Pricing Team. This hybrid role supports the Head of Consumer Pricing in shaping the European pricing strategy and acts as a central pricing contact for selected regions to drive execution.

You will build models and analyses, partner with regional teams on pricing decisions and ensure alignment with financial targets and product positioning. English required; opportunities for growth and regional impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or similar.
• 3+ years in Consulting, Pricing, Sales Operations or similar roles.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect analysis to business impact.
• Hands-on experience with models and data; proficient in Excel; PowerBI helpful.

Responsabilités

• Support the definition and evolution of the European Consumer pricing strategy.
• Act as the main pricing contact for assigned regions and ensure alignment.
• Partner with regional teams on pricing decisions, promotions and initiatives.
• Build models and analyses to support decision making and business cases.
• Translate strategy into pricing frameworks, tools and guidelines for markets.
• Monitor pricing performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Demand Planning and LSCM.
• Ensure alignment between pricing strategy and financial targets.
