Remote is seeking a Product Strategy & Compliance leader to shape the global payroll product direction and translate regulatory requirements into scalable capabilities. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Payroll Operations to drive compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will build and lead a team, institute governance, and push regulatory readiness and market expansion initiatives to deliver strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of global payroll, employment, tax, and labour compliance.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable product capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering and Legal.
