Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of payroll professionals.
• Act as key contact for employees and managers on payroll matters.
• Supervise payroll systems, configuration, and quality controls.
• Oversee complex payroll calculations (e.g. holiday pay, group insurance cases, special statuses).
• Ensure compliance with legal, fiscal, and internal policies.
• Implement and communicate regulatory and policy updates.
• Drive continuous improvement of payroll and HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders.
• Drive structured reporting and ensure auditability of payroll operations.
