Prolific is seeking Payroll Professionals to join a high-level initiative in HR, Finance, and Accounting. This is a remote freelance opportunity to contribute to a benchmark project by completing surveys based on real-world payroll scenarios.

You will draw on your payroll experience with calculations, compliance, benefits, tax withholding, and reporting, and provide feedback on the clarity and relevance of questions. A screener precedes platform access.

Qualifications

• Currently involved in payroll activities within HR, Finance or Accounting.
• Familiar with payroll calculations, compliance, benefits, tax withholding and reporting.
• Bonus: experience with payroll software, HRIS systems or automated workflows.

Responsabilités

• Complete surveys related to payroll processes and scenarios.
• Draw on your professional payroll experience to answer questions on calculations, compliance, benefits and withholding.
• Provide feedback on question clarity and relevance.
• Share judgment on realistic payroll scenarios presented in the surveys.
