argenx is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its Legal team in Ghent, Belgium, supporting governance, litigation, insurance, and business development across a global organization.

The role requires 5+ years of paralegal experience, a paralegal certificate or law degree, and fluent English and Dutch. This is a hybrid position based in Ghent with 3 days on-site, with a base salary in a competitive range and participation in incentive programs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting corporate governance, litigation, insurance, or other in-house legal functions.
• Hybrid role based in Ghent, Belgium office — 3 days per week on-site.

Aufgaben

• Provide operational support across corporate governance, litigation, insurance, and business development.
• Coordinate with attorneys, business partners, and external counsel.
• Support subsidiary governance, including board/shareholder resolutions and group structure records.
• Maintain matter records, track deadlines, assist with legal hold and information requests.
• Assist with administration of the company's insurance portfolio and renewals.
• Provide project coordination for business development transactions.
