Job summary

argenx is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the Legal team in Ghent, Belgium. You will support corporate governance, litigation, insurance, and business development for a fast-growing global biotech company.

Hybrid role-based in Ghent with three on-site days per week and potential international travel. Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience and a law background are required to contribute to governance, investigations, and cross-border initiatives.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate, bachelor’s degree in law, or equivalent qualification/experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting corporate governance, litigation, or insurance in a global company.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across corporate governance, litigation, insurance, and business development.
• Support preparation, execution, and organization of board and shareholder resolutions.
• Maintain matter records, deadlines, and information requests for litigation and investigations.
• Assist with administration of the company's insurance portfolio and renewals.
