GEA Group in Belgium seeks a Manager Operations Transformation to lead end-to-end site transformation programs within our international Pharma & Food Applications network. You will diagnose performance, define targets and develop future-state operating models with local teams.

You will drive implementation across operations, engineering, quality, qualification and validation, and supply chain, applying Lean and continuous improvement methods to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in industrial engineering or similar technical field.
• Several years of experience in operational excellence or transformation management.
• Experience in engineer-to-order or engineering-driven manufacturing environments.
• Strong Lean, performance management and continuous improvement expertise.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end site transformation programs across all relevant workstreams.
• Diagnose current performance and define quantified improvement targets.
• Develop future-state operating models with cross-functional teams.
• Translate designs into roadmaps, milestones and governance routines.
• Drive implementation across operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain.
• Apply fit-for-purpose Lean and daily performance management methods.
• Align site leadership and stakeholders, removing barriers and maintaining momentum.
• Establish transparent KPI tracking and drive corrective action.
• Coach teams to embed new ways of working for sustainable results.
