Haemers Technologies, a Belgian cleantech leader, seeks a Technical Operations & Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end industrial operations. You will lead shopfloor manufacturing, procurement, planning and logistics, and supervise Project/Site Supervisors on projects worldwide.

Direct reporting to the COO, you will scale production as the company grows internationally. You will manage a cross-functional team across workshops and sites, drive lean improvements, and ensure on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience in an industrial environment where you had to industrialize innovative products.
• Proven experience leading technical profiles within the industry (metallurgy, construction, heavy equipment or equivalent).
• Able to review and challenge the quality of technical work, down to the workshop floor.
• Hands-on command of procurement, planning and logistics in a project-driven, low-volume / high-mix environment.
• Comfortable with ERP systems and data-driven management; lean or continuous-improvement experience is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Manufacturing & workshop operations: oversee fabrication, assembly, testing and maintenance on Neder-over-Heembeek & Nivelles shopfloors.
• Supply chain: lead procurement, planning and logistics teams; define sourcing strategy and supplier performance.
• Site supervision & worldwide project execution: manage Project/Site Supervisors and allocate to projects globally.
• People & leadership: recruit, develop and evaluate technicians and supervisors; bridge between teams.
• Continuous improvement & industrialization: drive standardization, KPI tracking and improvements.
