GEA Group is seeking a Manager Operations Transformation to lead end-to-end site transformation programs across its international manufacturing network. You will diagnose performance, define targets, and develop future-state operating models with local teams to drive measurable improvements.

The role requires a master’s degree in industrial engineering or a related discipline, several years in operational excellence, and strong Lean capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering or comparable technical/operations discipline.
• Proven experience in operational excellence, manufacturing engineering or transformation management.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing expertise and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience leading complex site transformations and achieving measurable results.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end site transformation programs across all relevant workstreams.
• Diagnose performance and set quantified targets for productivity, lead time, quality and cost.
• Develop future-state operating models incl. structures, processes, layouts and material flows.
• Translate designs into integrated roadmaps with milestones and governance.
• Drive cross-functional implementation across operations, engineering, quality, supply chain and support functions.
• Apply lean methods: 5S, standard work, visual management and daily performance management.
• Align leadership and stakeholders, remove barriers and sustain momentum.
• Establish KPIs and track benefits; take corrective actions as needed.
• Coach teams to embed new ways of working for sustainable results.
• Experience across countries and cultures; willingness to travel internationally.
