Sharp Services EU is seeking a production leadership professional to drive stable, compliant operations and a scalable, future-ready model. The role focuses on optimizing planning, equipment uptime, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality output aligned with customer priorities.

Ideal candidates possess a Master’s degree or equivalent, substantial GMP experience, and a proven track record in transforming production processes within a service-oriented manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
• Proven experience in a production leadership role within a highly regulated environment (GMP).
• Experience in a service-oriented manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated experience in leading operational improvements and transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to translate complexity into structure and actionable improvements.
• Confident in engaging with QA/QP stakeholders on content and decision-making level.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across departments.
