Siemens Software is seeking a Global GTM Director for Enterprise Simulation to shape growth across regions and key accounts. You will align Siemens teams on multi-year transformation opportunities, engaging with Engineering VPs, CIOs, and CAE executives to drive business impact.

You will lead cross-functional GTM campaigns, build executive relationships, and coordinate across Services, Partners and Alliances to win large-scale deals.

Qualifications

• Deep industry and market expertise in simulation, engineering software, and enterprise technology.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders across strategic accounts.
• Proven leadership across global, virtual teams, coaching sales and presales organizations.
• Strategic account leadership experience aligning to Digital Thread and multi-year growth.
• Strong understanding of the simulation ecosystem including SPDM, Enterprise Computing and HPC.
• Engineering or Business degree with extensive experience in enterprise software, engineering tech, or digital transformation sales.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Enterprise Simulation and SPDM.
• Build and strengthen executive relationships within strategic accounts.
• Drive pipeline and revenue growth through targeted account strategies and executive engagements.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Siemens, Services, Partners, and Alliances.
• Strengthen market leadership through tracking trends and GTM campaigns.
• Advise regional sales leadership on strategic enterprise pursuits and monetization strategies.
