Synergie Belgium is seeking a Documentation Specialist to ensure shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, COO and Insurance certificates are prepared accurately and on time. You will liaise with customers, carriers and internal teams to support seamless international shipments.

The role requires at least 2 years in Ocean Freight Forwarding, strong LC knowledge, Incoterms proficiency, excellent English, and a precise, organized approach with the ability to work on-site daily in Antwerp.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding.
• Strong documentation skills and accuracy.
• Knowledge of Letters of Credit.
• Familiarity with Incoterms.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work on-site daily in Antwerp.
• Able to work accurately under time pressure with organized approach.

Responsabilités

• Prepare shipping documentation, Bills of Lading, COO, Insurance certificates, etc.
• Check documents for accuracy and maintain proper administration.
• Maintain contacts with shipping agencies, internal network, carriers and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Work with precision and under time pressure.
