Daikin Europe seeks an International Mobility Officer to lead end-to-end mobility processes across the EMEA region. You will coordinate assignments from initiation to repatriation, working closely with assignees and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient mobility solutions.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data accuracy, and proactive guidance in a fast-paced, international environment with travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of international mobility/HR operations experience.
• Experience with payroll, taxation, social security in mobility contexts.
• Strong customer focus and service mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate full lifecycle of international assignments (expatriation, impatriation, localization).
• Serve as primary contact for assignees to ensure a smooth mobility experience.
• Prepare assignment docs including contracts and mobility letters.
• Manage payroll inputs, benefits follow-up and relocation-related expenses.
• Collaborate with external providers for immigration, tax, and relocation services.
• Provide guidance on mobility processes and policies to HR partners.
