Qualifications

• Experience with job grading, reward analytics and salary structures.
• Comfortable working in an international context with diverse regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Provide advice on secondment and multi-country employment.
• Prepare and follow up on secondment agreements and addenda.
• Manage A1, Limosa, and mandatory registrations.
• Coordinate international payroll and taxation processes.
• Monitor visa and work permit applications.
