Deloitte Belgium is seeking a Global Mobility Advisor to join the People Mobility Advisory Team. You will advise on Global Mobility and Talent deployment, covering employment tax, legal compliance, and remuneration structuring for national and international assignments.

You will lead client meetings, supervise junior staff, and coordinate with stakeholders across Tax, HR, and finance. You will thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality mobility solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; postgraduate tax degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English, Dutch, and/or French.
• Open, entrepreneurial, flexible mindset with a proactive approach.
• Team player with leadership capabilities and client-focused mindset.
• Strong planning and project management; ability to manage multiple tasks in tight timelines.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality Global Mobility and Talent deployment advice to clients in national and international contexts.
• Build and maintain close relationships with client stakeholders (Tax, HR, payroll, reward, executives).
• Take ownership of day-to-day deliverables and apply in-depth file knowledge.
• Conduct professional client meetings and present findings clearly.
• Coach and develop junior team members and drive high-performing teams.
