Job summary

Deel is seeking a senior professional to manage client mobility programs end-to-end. You will serve as the primary contact for immigration and relocation queries, coordinating with immigration experts to craft compliant, high-quality mobility solutions.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Legal to embed mobility expertise into Deel’s platform, driving continuous improvement and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in immigration case management, global mobility coordination, global immigration program building, or international HR support.
• Working knowledge of business immigration processes in at least one major jurisdiction, with exposure to multi-country programs.
• Experience coordinating with external immigration attorneys and vendors.
• Proficiency with case management or mobility tracking tools and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end client mobility programs, coordinating with leaders and immigration specialists to design compliant solutions.
• Monitors program health, drives continuous improvement, and handles immigration compliance setup questions.
• Provides high-quality responses to immigration and relocation queries based on industry knowledge.
• Drives revenue opportunities by identifying new mobility products and partnering with GTM, Product, and Sales teams.
