Protection International is seeking a MEAL Consultant to lead the design and implementation of PI’s MEAL Framework across regions and country offices. You will develop systems, tools, indicators, and a documentation strategy to capture impact stories, learning, and accountability, while coaching teams and ensuring high-quality programme delivery in line with the 2024–2028 strategy.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HoOs, GMT, and partners, with a focus on learning, adaptation, and results

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven MEAL experience in participatory assessments.
• Experience designing MEAL frameworks and learning systems.
• Experience with surveys, mobile data collection, data management.
• Fluency in English; other regional languages an asset.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment.

Responsabilités

• Design PI’s Global MEAL Framework aligned to 2024–2028 strategy.
• Develop MEAL systems, tools, templates, and data collection methods.
• Implement MEAL framework through training and coaching.
• Establish quality benchmarks and learning processes.
• Design documentation and knowledge-sharing strategy.
• Coordinate with leadership and regional teams; draft framework and toolkit.
