Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a Global Program Manager – Market Access to lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing and Operations, accelerating growth and simplifying access to Rockwell solutions. Hybrid work from any Rockwell Europe office, reporting to the Global Director, Market Access Strategy, Transformation & PMO.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, craft business cases, manage budgets and KPIs, and influence senior leadership to deliver measurable market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Preference for degrees in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, global Market Access initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Customer Care, Pricing, Product Management, Legal, Finance, and Partner organizations.
• Drive execution of programs that improve customer acquisition, channel effectiveness, market penetration, and commercial scalability.
• Develop and manage program charters, business cases, project plans, milestones, resource and budget requirements, KPIs and executive reporting.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and alignment sessions using project management, process improvement, and change management methodologies.
• Identify and remove barriers impacting customer and partner access; design and execute stakeholder engagement and change management plans.
• Monitor program health, risks, dependencies, and opportunities with senior leadership updates.
• Influence and align diverse stakeholder groups without direct authority.
• Coach teams and leaders on governance, execution, and change management; serve as escalation point.
