Job summary
Rockwell Automation is seeking a Technology Architect SWC to support adoption of the latest technologies across the EMEA region. You will partner with sales, customers, technical communities, and partners to provide technical expertise and support new product introductions from early adoption through deployment.
The role is hybrid in Brussels, Belgium or Germany. You will work with business leaders and technical experts, reporting to the EMEA Technology Manager SWC, delivering enablement content
Qualifications
- Experience leading technical customer engagements, evaluations, PoC activities, or complex solution implementations.
- Knowledge of product applications, industrial technologies, and customer requirements in relevant industries.
- Professional business English; willing to travel up to 70%; valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Be a technical SME for assigned technologies across complex pre- and post-sales engagements.
- Partner with sales to promote products through presentations, demonstrations, PoC activities, and technical workshops, communicating business value and outcomes.
- Lead technology introduction projects, including early adopter programs and knowledge transfer.
- Be a regional escalation point for technical support and field service on complex post-sales issues, driving resolution with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver technical enablement content and customer-facing demonstrations that showcase the Rockwell Automation portfolio.
