At Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, the Operations & Projects Coordinator role is based at our strategic distribution hub in La Louvière, Belgium. You will coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of healthcare products to patients worldwide.

You will lead cross‑functional issue resolution, support maintenance and infrastructure coordination, and drive continuous improvement while engaging with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific, technical, engineering, supply chain, or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational coordination and issue resolution, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory targets.
• Serve as primary liaison between Johnson & Johnson and logistics operations partner.
• Coordinate day-to-day distribution activities and priorities across multiple teams.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain performance and continuity.
• Drive cross-functional discussions to ensure rapid issue resolution.
