Johnson & Johnson, a global healthcare leader, seeks an Operations & Projects Coordinator at our La Louvière hub to ensure seamless delivery of life-changing products. You will coordinate between our logistics partner, internal teams, and external stakeholders to keep operations efficient and compliant.

You will drive continuous improvement projects, develop metrics, and help prioritize activities across maintenance, facilities, IT, quality and supply chain to meet regulatory and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific, technical, engineering, supply chain, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in distribution, logistics, warehouse or regulated environments; pharmaceutical experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead Operational Coordination & Issue Resolution, coordinating with internal teams, partner and stakeholders.
• Bridge between teams; influence outcomes without direct authority and ensure alignment.
• Coordinate site infrastructure, facilities, and maintenance activities with internal/external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and maintain reporting and performance monitoring tools.
