Johnson & Johnson in Belgium's La Louvière distribution hub is seeking an Operations & Projects Coordinator. You will act as a key connector between our logistics partner, internal business functions, maintenance teams, contractors, and external stakeholders, ensuring priorities remain aligned and operations run efficiently.

This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and ownership of site infrastructure topics, with a focus on continuous improvement, safety, quality, and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific, technical, engineering, supply chain, or related discipline.
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of professional experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations, and/or pharmaceutical/manufacturing environments.
• Experience in both distribution and pharmaceutical operations is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational coordination and issue resolution across the site.
• Coordinate with internal teams, maintenance, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and maintain performance reporting.
• Balance priorities in a fast-paced environment and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory targets are met.
• Build relationships and influence outcomes without direct reporting authority.
