Johnson & Johnson Belgium seeks a Manager, Local Literature Surveillance to oversee local literature activities across 80+ territories and lead outsourced operations in support of global pharmacovigilance obligations.

You will drive vendor governance, stakeholder engagement, and process improvements while collaborating with regional teams to ensure compliance and excellence in surveillance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in pharmacovigilance or literature surveillance.
• Experience managing outsourced services and vendor governance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Lead governance and oversight of outsourced local literature surveillance operations and vendor partnerships.
• Provide SME in local literature surveillance processes and safety systems.
• Own governance for controlled documents, policies, procedures, and global standards.
• Build partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders across regions for alignment and execution.
• Drive standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement across processes and systems.
• Support additional projects as needed.
