Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Local Literature Surveillance to oversee local literature activities across 80+ territories, with primary locations in the UK, Belgium, Germany, and Portugal. You will lead outsourced operations and vendor governance to ensure compliant, timely, and high-quality surveillance supporting global pharmacovigilance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or related discipline.
• Experience in pharmacovigilance or literature surveillance.
• Strong regulatory and governance understanding across international territories.

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourced local literature surveillance operations and vendor partnerships.
• Drive governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement.
• Maintain controlled documents, policies, and global standards within local literature surveillance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end operational workflows and safety systems related to local literature surveillance.
• Support other projects as needed.
