A global technology company is seeking a Head of IT Operations and Infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure IT operations in Belgium. The role includes coordinating between business and IT teams, managing production issues, and driving continuous improvement in operations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, extensive experience in IT operations, and strong knowledge of IT service management. Excellent English skills, both spoken and written, are required for effective communication.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or service management.
• Solid knowledge of IT service management and ITIL processes.
• Experience with CI/CD and release management tools.
• Proven experience in working with business users and technical teams.
• Very good English skills (spoken and written).
